Professional Fees

Vitas Travel Service provides highly a personalized travel consulting service and to cover costs we must charge design/management fees for personalized travel planning. We begin each planning process with a complimentary 20 minute “Introductory Call” to discover the client’s desires for their trip. During the call we identify specifics such as travel style, preferences, goals, concerns, budgets, fees and more.  If, after this preliminary conversation, the client desires to move forward and hire Vitas Travel Service, we will charge the design/management fee. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. 

Our consulting fee for a custom itinerary starts at $550.00 per family which is due prior to the trip planning process.  Included in the service are up to 5 hours of travel research and collaboration with partners, clients, hotels, tour and transfer operators, management of all travel components and ongoing support for the duration of the clients’ travels. Additional time will be billed at $150.00 per hour. Air tickets are charged separately if you decide to book air with our ticketing specialist. Travel requested less than 15 days prior to departure will be subject to a $200.00 late booking fee which is in addition to standard trip planning and management fees.
By paying the professional design fee, you acknowledge acceptance of these terms.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of New York.
 
By signing below and paying this fee you acknowledge reading these terms and conditions and agree to the entirety of this Agreement including cancellation terms shown on page 2 and 3.
